Has a doctor ever said that you have a heart condition and that you should only perform physical activity recommended by a doctor?

Liability Waiver

I as a participant of Pole On The Rocks private online and/or in person sessions hereby assume all of the risks of myself participating in any/all activities associated with any of these activities, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective reigns as follows:

I waive, release, discharge from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of myself, for my death, disability, personal injury, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to myself during online sessions, and in person sessions by the following entities or persons: Pole On The Rocks and or their directors, employees, or volunteers. Indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the following entities or persons:  Pole On The Rocks and or their directors, employees, or volunteers, from any and all liabilities or claims made as a result of participation in virtual sessions or in person sessions, whether caused by the negligence of release or otherwise.


I acknowledge that Pole On The Rocks and or their directors, employees, or volunteers are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts, or failures to act of any party or entity conducting virtual sessions or in person sessions on their behalf. I acknowledge that this activity may involve injury. The risks include, but are not limited to, those caused by jumping, leaping, turning, stretching, inverting, lifting, or any pole dancing movement, lack of hydration, improper lifted weight and actions of other people including, but not limited to, participants, and/or producers of the activity.

Pet Allergy / Animal Disclosure Waiver

Please be advised that your session will take place in a home-based studio located in La Plata, where a small dog resides. While the dog will be secured and not present in the studio area during your session, we want to make you aware in case of any allergies or sensitivities.

The studio space is regularly cleaned and maintained to provide a safe, welcoming environment. By acknowledging below, you understand and accept the conditions of the space and waive Pole on the Rocks and the homeowner of any liability related to allergic reactions or pet-related concerns.

I acknowledge that I have been informed of the presence of a dog in the home-based studio and release Pole on the Rocks and the homeowner from any related liability.

I acknowledge that ALL online Sessions, and in-person sessions, are non-refundable after 24 hours. I understand for single-purchased sessions I am allowed up to two rescheduled session with my trainer/instructor within a 12 hours minimum notice before my session.

Studio Etiquette & Policies – Please Read Carefully

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to allow time to check in and warm up.

If you're running late, please let us know ASAP via text or DM. After 10 minutes, the session may be forfeited or shortened with no refund.


No lotions or oils on skin the day of your session.

Wear comfortable clothing—shorts and a tank/sports bra are ideal. Heels optional (unless noted for class).

No filming other students without their consent. Filming yourself is welcome during your designated time.


All payments are due before the start of your session. No exceptions.

Cancellations must be made with at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or receive credit.
