Service Description

Join our 4-week beginner pole series designed for first-time students! You'll learn pole fundamentals, basic spins, transitions, and conditioning in a fun, supportive environment. No experience is necessary. Just bring shorts, water, and an open mind. Each class builds on the previous one, so registration includes all four sessions.
